The authors of Colinus virginianus: analysis of its selenoproteome using bioinformatics are a group of students of Universitat Pompeu Fabra, 4th year, Human Biology degree. The study was developed during bioinformatics course.
Our project was mainly supervised by Diego Garrido, PhD student at the research group of Computational Biology and RNA processing, at CRG (BCN).
