Volem agraïr especialment al nostre tutor, Alexandros Pittis, la seva ajuda i dedicació, la paciència que ha tingut amb nosaltres, les hores invertides i el suport que ens ha proporcionat sempre que ho hem necessitat. A més, donar-li les gràcies pel seu paper crucial a l'hora de fer tant l'automatització com l'anàlisi de resultats. També volem donar les gràcies a Dídac Santesamasses per assessorar-nos en l'obtenció de SECIS i per fer d'enllaç amb el servei d'informàtica quan han sorgit problemes. We want to thank our tutor, Alexandros Pittis for his help and dedication, the hours he spent helping us, his patience and the support he gave to us. In addition, we would like to thank him for the crucial role he played in automating the process of getting the results and the help he gave us when analyzing these results. We also want to thank Dídac Santesamasses for his advice in the process of identifying the SECIS elements and also for being the link with the computer science unit when we had problems with the computer. Likewise, we want to thank Toni Gabaldon for transmitting us his global vision of the process and for answering our doubts. In the same way we want to thank Cédric Notredame for teaching us how to align sequences.
