As we have said before the FIP1L1-PDGFRA fusion protein is formed by the first part of the FIP1L1 protein and for the last part of the PDGFRA protein. Here with this alignment we can demonstrate that this fact occurs like that. In green you can see how the first part of FIP1L1 protein is equal than the first part of the fusion protein. In red you can see how the last part of the PDGFRA protein is equal than the last part of the fusion protein.
