This example shows how promfinder scans the introduced sequences and returns hits for each one and for each matrix. The threshold used in the example is the one assigned by default (0.8). So, with this example we try to demonstrate that promfinder is a powerful tool in seeking defined patterns in sequences depending on which matrices are introduced. Matrices used for this case:
