PERL COMMANDS FOR RUNNING PATSCAN WITH TRANSFERRIN PATTERN

- Running transferrin pattern on the test sequences:
                $scan_for_matches transferrinpattern.txt < test.fa

- Running transferrin pattern on the non ires 5' sequences:
                $scan_for_matches transferrinpattern.txt < no_ires_5'.fa

- Running transferrin pattern on the non ires 5' sequences:
