PERL COMMANDS FOR RUNNING PATSCAN WITH FERRITIN PATTERN

- Running ferritin pattern on the test sequences:
                $scan_for_matches ferritinpattern.txt < test.fa

- Running ferritin pattern on the non ires 5' sequences:
                $scan_for_matches ferritinpattern.txt < no_ires_5'.fa

- Running ferritin pattern on the non ires 3' sequences:
                $scan_for_matches ferritinpattern.txt < no_ires_3'.fa
